WIN a $100 Coles/MYER voucher

Health, Safety and Emergency Management (HSEM) has recently procured new Incident & Hazard Reporting software.

HSEM would like to “Curtinise” the software and are inviting staff to assist in creating a recognisable name and submit suggestions via a competition.

Your submission could be an acronym, or any creative name. The name should relate to health, safety, emergency and risk. Each staff member is allowed to submit up to 5 names with their entry.

The competition commences at 9am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on Monday 29 August 2016.
The closing time for entering the competition is 5pm AWST on Wednesday, 07 September 2016.
The winning name will be announced by latest 19 September 2016.

Please complete the entry form and email Health, Safety and Emergency Management by close of business Wednesday 7 September 2016.
