Curtin awarded the Worksafe Plan Gold Certificate of Achievement

On Friday 25th November, Curtin was notified that following an intensive 2 week audit of our Safety Management System in October, we not only met the requirements of the  WorkSafe Plan Certification, but that we achieved a Gold Certificate of Achievement for demonstrating a best practice approach to health and safety management across our WA campuses.

I would like to congratulate the University’s Health, Safety and Emergency Management team and all of our dedicated Safety and Health Representative and Health and Safety Committee members who have supported our move to a more positive safety culture at Curtin. This recognition is a very significant achievement that we can all be proud of.
